Retrain your brain in THREE simple steps

Here are three simple steps to help create lasting positive change in your life.

Step 1: Write down three new things each day that you are grateful for. This will enable your brain to start retraining itself to look for the positive.

Step 2: Write about one positive thing that happened in your day. You can keep a journal for this. Try writing in it everyday.

Step 3: One thing at a time. Stop trying to multitask and instead try to do your tasks one at a time. This helps to focus on the task at hand and give our brain a much needed rest!
